The thing about group builds is the the groupies actually have to use the builds, know how to use them, and work in concert with the team. Speaking as a monk who relies on PUGs, I try to remain as versatile and utilitarian as possible. Group dynamics come don't get much deeper than classes for me.
But I'm just the monk, after all. It's my job to be utility.

I don't like DPS calculating because people who do that ignore most of the cooler mechanics in the game looking for pure damage. Meanwhile there are other factors in play. For example KD'ing or interrupting enemies can save you huge amounts of time if there are self-healing enemies.I always have to laugh when people only want to play the latest fad builds, so I try it out and then we get to the self-healing enemies taking minutes to kill. Genius!

i love skills with high math complexity, you can always do great combo with it.
i like often to calculate several effect at the same moment, i.e. speed buffs+debuffs, damage buffs ect. (yes, my guildies just dont understand that 100 +10% damage -10% damege is 99 and not 100 ç_ç)
i also like skills with no limits, for example anheurism <3

sorry for bad english :P
